- If you would like it, you can sign in to your Chase Online Account to apply for it.
- Or, apply as a guest providing some personal info like name, address, DOB, SSN, and contact info i.e. email address and phone number.
- Select your primary source of income and enter your total gross annual income.

How to Get a Chase Contactless Credit Card :
Are you already a Chase Credit Cardholder? Look for the Contactless Indicator on the front or back of your card. If it has not the technology, you can replace your existing Chase Credit Card with a Contactless Tap-to-pay card. To request a Chase Contactless Credit Card, you have to sign in to your Chase Online Account. For that, you can

- Click on the “Sign in” button on the top right corner of the page.
- Enter your Chase Online Account Username and Password in their respective fields.
- If you have a token select the “Use Token” option and input it.
- Check the “Remember me” box to fasten your login process on that same device from next time.
- Click on the “Sign In” button and go to the ‘Tap to Pay’ section.
- Provide the information from your Chase Credit Card to convert it to a Contactless Chase Card.
While signing in, if you have any trouble with your login credentials, you can click the “Forgot username/password?” link. You can find it just below the ‘Sign In’ button. Then, submit the following information to confirm your identity.
- Social Security Number or Tax ID Number
- Date of Birth (for those who do not have an SSN)
- Chase account, card, or application number
If you are an authorized user of another account, you need to provide your registered email address and the security code to confirm your identity. Once you get back to your Chase Online Account Access, log in to it to request your Contactless Chase Card.

How to Sign Up for a Chase Online Account :
Chase Cardmembers with no Online Access must enroll in chase.com and set a Chase Online Account. After that, they will be able to place a request for a Chase Contactless Card. To begin the online enrollment, you can
- Go to www.chase.com/contactless and click on the “Sign in” button from the top right corner.
- After you will be directed to the login portal, select the “Not Enrolled? Sign Up Now” link located at the bottom of the sign-in box in the middle.
- Select the type of your Chase Account on which you are going to set up your online access. (Here, you can use your Chase Credit Card which you want to replace with a contactless card).
- Provide the information according to the select option and enter your Social Security Number or Date of Birth.
- Create an 8-32 characters long username including one uppercase letter and one lower case letter
- Click “Next” to continue for password creating.
Once you registered your Chase Online Account, log in to it as mentioned above. And request your Chase Credit Card to replace with a Chase Contactless Card.
